Shipping & Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver your technical gear and apparel quickly and securely across India.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 72 hours of successful payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines Once dispatched, the standard delivery time across India is 10 Business Days. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be subject to delays caused by weather conditions, remote locations, or logistical issues beyond our direct control.
3. Shipping Charges Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
